Custom branding: make every document you send look like your agency

Every document you send to a client is a reflection of your brand. Generic, unbranded proposals and invoices can make you look less professional — even if your work is top-notch.

ProposAI's custom branding lets you add your logo, brand colors, and custom footer to every proposal, contract, and invoice you send. Here's how to set it up.

What you can customize

1. Business name and tagline Your business name appears at the top of every document, and you can add a short tagline that reinforces your value proposition. Think of it as your document's headline.

2. Logo Upload your logo in PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG format (up to 5 MB). You can drag and drop a file or paste a URL. The logo appears at the top of proposals, contracts, and invoices — making every document instantly recognizable.

3. Primary and accent colors Choose your brand colors using the color picker. The primary color is used for headings, borders, and key accents. The accent color highlights calls to action and important information. Together, they give your documents a cohesive, professional look.

4. PDF footer text Add a custom footer that appears on every page when the document is exported as PDF. Common uses include your business address, website, or a short copyright notice.

How to set up your branding 1. Go to the Branding page from your dashboard (Pro or Agency plan required). 2. Fill in your business name and tagline. 3. Upload your logo or paste a URL. 4. Choose your primary and accent colors using the color pickers. 5. Add optional PDF footer text. 6. Click Save — your branding is applied immediately to all new documents.

A live preview on the right side of the page shows you exactly how your documents will look, including the colored border, logo placement, and text styling.
