4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ProposAI uses artificial intelligence to generate document content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use. ProposAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents generated through the Service should not be used as a substitute for professional legal counsel.
